Super Steel Saver
ZT-SS Series is a 2.25 VOC Moisture Cure Urethane Rust Sealer is a high solids product designed to be painted directly over rust or weathered metal surfaces to seal in the rust and keep it from spreading. The non-porous nature of this high performance engineered polymer makes it impervious to water, chemicals, salt and other corrosive substances.

Instructions
Super Steel Saver products require a surface profile to penetrate into. Slick or new metal surfaces must be sanded with 60 - 80 grit sandpaper. If sand blasting, provide a medium to coarse profile for proper adhesion.
Mixing Instructions: Do Not Shake! Open the container carefully in case of pressure build up. Stir with stick. If entire contents of container is not going to be used; then using small cups, dip out the amount of the product needed and pour it into a separate container.
General Application: The surface must be free from dirt, oil, grease and other contaminates. Surface must be completely dry, free of any moisture. Apply a minimum of 2 coats to achieve the maximum protection. Allow at least 3 hours between coats. Each coat should be dry to touch before applying the next coat. Applying heavy coats may cause bubbling. Avoid bubbling by applying multiple thin coats.
