Vinyl Etching Primer
ZT-P700 Vinyl Etching Primer is a two part primer that chemically protects against the corrosion process. Recommended for protecting bare metal, galvanized steel and aluminum. ZT-P700 provides minimal film build to maximum protection.

Application
Apply 1 medium wet coat only. Use 30-45 psi at the gun or 6-10 psi at the cap when using
HVLP. The surface should have a smooth and uniform transparent finish. Allow ZT-P700 to
dry 30 minutes before recoating with additional primers. Do not apply more than
one coat.
Do not apply over Body Filler or Lacquer based products. Do not
directly topcoat ZT-P700.

Polyester Primer Surfacer
ZT-P600 Polyester Primer Surfacer is a two component, high solid, high build primer offering exceptional filling characteristics and superior topcoat holdout with ease of application. Enhanced flow and leveling properties combine with an improved cross-linking density to effectively lock down body repairs setting the stage for a flawless finish. Tube of hardener is included.

Application
Apply 2-3 wet coats with a 10-15 minute flash time between each coat. Use a primer gun with a 1.6-2.0 fluid nozzle/air cap. Air pressure at spray gun 35-40 psi. Allow ZT-P600 to dry 1 hour per coat at 75°F before sanding. Final block with 600 grit or finer sandpaper before topcoating. For maximum performance seal ZT-P600 prior to topcoating.

2K Primer Surfacer
ZT-P810 2K Primer Surfacer is designed to provide the shortest cycle times for maximum efficiency. ZT-P810 combines easy sanding, high build and good holdout with exceptional speed for the jobs that had to be done yesterday.

Application
Apply 2-3 coats using 30-45 psi at the gun or 8-10 psi at the cap when using a HVLP. Allow 5-10 minutes flash time between coats. Allow ZT-P810 to dry 45 minutes at 77°F before sanding. Final block with 600 grit or finer paper before topcoating.

Important Note: Galvanized steel, bare metal and aluminum are required to be properly
cleaned, sanded and treated prior to applying any primer surfacer. To obtain maximum
performance always treat bare metal with a quality metal conditioning system.
